We are now recruiting for a
Prepress Artworker
to join our friendly and professional team. The successful candidate will be required to have a good background in artwork editing software in similar roles such as graphics design, prepress operator or reprographics. If you have experience with artwork editing software and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and exciting brands, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Check, amend, and preflight customer-supplied artwork files
Prepare final print-ready artwork to meet technical and client specifications
Provide accurate and timely soft proofs for client approval
Assist with technical artwork queries from customers and internal departments
Work within production constraints and tight lead times
Collaborate closely with other studio and production team members
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong working knowledge of
Adobe Illustrator
and/or general artwork editing software
Previous experience in a
graphics, prepress, or reprographics
role
Good understanding of preparing files for
print production
High attention to detail and ability to spot issues before they hit the press
Team player with excellent communication and time management skills
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Experience in the
print or label manufacturing industry
Familiarity with
ESKO software
(e.g., Automation Engine, ArtPro+)
Graphic design qualifications or studio background
Knowledge of prepress workflows and print processes
