We're thrilled to offer a two-year, fixed-term training contract for the Pre-Registration Trainee Pharmacy Technician apprenticeship programme.

The apprenticeship involves a blend of practical, hands-on experience and comprehensive theoretical learning.
You'll get experience by rotating through key areas of our busy pharmacy department, including Inpatient Dispensary, Stores & Distribution, Ward Medicines Management Service, and Community Pharmacy.
As part of your apprenticeship, you'll receive full support and supervision, with a dedicated day each week for virtual classroom lessons.
This ensures that you not only get practical skills but also the knowledge to excel in your role.
Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be eligible to register as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). As a qualified Pharmacy Technician, you'll take an active role in preparing medicines and guiding patients on how to use them effectively, playing a key part in the healthcare journey.
