The Opportunity
We're searching for an Presales Enterprise Architect with a focused specialism on AI to join our UK team! This role sits within the EMEA Enterprise Architecture organization, working with Adobe customers at all levels, from C-level executives to operational teams, advise on strategy, technology, and AI solutions that drive customer experience transformation and digital innovation. You'll dive into architecture, identify prioritized paths forward for customers, and champion the adoption and governance of AI across the Adobe Experience Cloud.
Role Overview
The Presales Enterprise Architect - AI Specialism is a senior presales position providing direct support to regional sales and partner organizations. You'll help develop opportunity pipelines and execute deal cycle strategies within complex and strategic sales opportunities, with a special focus on practical AI application, architecture, and governance.
You are regarded as a trusted advisor by customers, colleagues, and the broader ecosystem. You'll engage customers, manage rooms, partner with Adobe sales, drive product enhancements with Adobe product & engineering teams, and participate in marketing events and partner enablement.
