Role Overview:



We're looking for a Pre-Sales candidate with a passion for solving real-world client problems. You will play a vital role in our commercial process by translating client requirements into tailored platform demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements that clearly showcase the value of the Satori platform.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll work closely with Sales and Operations to support enterprise clients. You'll contribute directly to the success of the sales process and help shape how prospects experience Satori from first contact to proof of value. The ideal candidate will have experience configuring and presenting software solutions to prospective clients, ensuring each demonstration clearly illustrates how our platform meets their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Discovery:

Join sales calls to understand client needs, workflows, and pain points, and translate these into compelling demonstration scenarios.

Platform Demonstration:

Configure, customise, and present tailored demos of the Satori platform that highlight relevant features and business benefits.

Proof of Concept (PoC):

Design, deliver, and support PoCs that validate the platform's fit and functionality within the client's environment.

Solution Translation:

Bridge the gap between client challenges and technical capabilities by mapping use cases to platform features and configurations.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment, technical feasibility, and smooth handovers.

Client Feedback:

Capture insights from pre-sales interactions to inform product development, demonstration assets, and commercial strategy.

Essential Skills & Attributes:



Technology curious, with the ability to learn and articulate digital platform functionality. Strong communicator - able to confidently engage with clients and internal teams. Analytical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and solution design. Organised and self-driven with attention to detail. Prior experience in a client-facing role such as sales support, customer success, or product. Proven ability to configure, customise, and deliver software demonstrations that align with a client's technical and business objectives.

Desirable Experience:



Familiarity with data governance, standards management, or digital transformation within enterprises. Experience supporting sales teams or working with enterprise clients that involve complex stakeholder environments. Experience in designing, configuring, and delivering impactful software demonstrations or Proof of Concepts for prospective enterprise clients.

Salary



35,000 - 40,000 OTE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sevenoaks Town and St. John's TN13: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
