Hours: 26 hours

We're looking for a caring and reliable Preschool Assistant to help children learn through play in our inclusive, outdoor-focused setting.

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the Preschool Leader with planning and delivering playful, engaging activities Supervising and interacting with children during free play, group time, and outdoor learning Promoting a safe, clean, and stimulating environment Supporting children's early literacy and numeracy through small group activities Building warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Embracing the everyday joys and challenges of preschool life - from messy play to tidy-up time!
What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years' paid experience in an early years setting Understanding of child development and safeguarding A team player with a positive, flexible approach
