Description
We are looking to recruit a caring and motivated Preschool Assistant to join our early years team.
The successful candidate will support children's learning and development in a safe, nurturing and inclusive preschool environment, including supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Essential Criteria
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (recognised in Northern Ireland).
Previous experience working in a childcare setting.
Experience supporting children with SEN.
A warm, patient and flexible approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Role Includes
Supporting children during play-based learning activities.
Assisting with care routines and daily classroom organisation.
Supporting individual learning and SEN support plans.
Maintaining safeguarding, health and safety standards.
