Safer Recruitment and Safeguarding
At least one member of the interview panel has completed safer recruitment training and will be using these principles throughout the recruitment process.
Safeguarding is an integral part of our preschool culture, and we are proud of our robust policies. Applicants will need to apply via our application form. No CV's will be accepted. References will be sought for short listed applicants prior to interview, one from your current or most recent job and if this isn't in childcare another must be from your most recent job with children. Due to the nature of the post each successful applicant will require a new enhanced DBS to be completed and be prepared to go onto the DBS update service or provide details of their enrolment on the DBS update service.
Shortlisted applicants will progress to an in-person interview where you will have an opportunity to interact with the children. Prior to application, should you wish, you are invited to contact the preschool for a tour of the preschool.
