The main role would be to run the preschool by planning, managing, and providing highest care and education for all children.

creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all the children.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Qualifications:
-Level 3 or above in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
