This role is to offer continuity and consistency with regards to the daily operations and management of the Nursery business. Aim is to ensure that the Nursery runs smoothly and efficiently, keeping all office records up to date and passing all relevant correspondence onto the owners. Ensure staff team work to continuous high standards of care and education for children and their families and maintain preschools excellent local reputation.

The main role would be to run the preschool by planning, managing, and providing highest care and education for all children.

The candidate must have a passion for working within early years and their role. And to support the staff and the team in providing the highest level of care and learning
creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all the children.

Salary is flexible and negotiable based on the successful candidates age, experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:
-Level 3 or above in Early Childhood Education
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
