, you'll not only lead our Preschool team but also play a key role in shaping the future of our nursery as part of the management team. This is a rare chance to combine hands-on teaching with career progression, in a setting that's consistently rated Good and Outstanding by Ofsted.

Salary:

Full-time from 30,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications (to be discussed at interview).

Job Role

Lead the Preschool room, guiding a team of practitioners Plan and deliver rich learning opportunities that support children's individual needs, confidene and school readiness Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment Build strong partnerships with families to ensure every child thrives Support the Manager with operational duties, compliance, and quality assurance Mentor and inspire colleagues, modelling best practice

Who We're Looking For:

Qualifications

: Level 6+ in Early Years / Childcare (e.g. Degree or equivalent)

Desirable

: EYTS, EYPS or QTS highly desirable

Experience:

Proven leadership experience in an Early Years setting (e.g. Preschool Leader, Room Leader, Deputy Manager, or Early Years Teacher ready to step up)

Skills:

Strong leadership, excellent communication, highly organised, proactive, and child-centred
