We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Nursery/Pre-School Manager to join our friendly team in

Horsham, West Sussex, RH12

.

Are you an experienced and passionate Manager in early years education? Then we would love to hear from you! We are an established term-time preschool based in the heart of Horsham. Our setting will provide a nurturing, creative, and inspiring space for children aged 2-5 , with a strong emphasis on play-based learning and community connection. Within the role, you will get 3 half days a week out of ratio or 2 full days doing paperwork.

4 or 5 Day Option / 40 Hours 7.30am-5.30pm OR 7.30am-3.30pm option Term-time only / Permanent

Salary: Up to 16.00ph / 27,000pa

- depending on hours, qualifications, and experience

Nursery Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and manage nursery staff, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for children. Develop and implement educational programmes that inspire learning and growth. Oversee daily activities, including meals, naps, and playtime, ensuring smooth operations. Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being. Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating nursery environment. Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations and ensure compliance with all policies and guidelines.

About You as our Nursery Manager:

The ideal candidate will:

Level 3 or above in Childcare (or equivalent)

Proven experience as a Nursery manager or similar leadership role

. Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks. Excellent communication and organisational skills. SENCO desirable Commitment to providing exceptional care and education for children. A genuine passion for working with children and families Be eligible to work in the UK
