Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include creating lesson plans, implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social and intellectual development of each child.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and curiosity
- Provide individualized attention to each child, ensuring their needs are met
- Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a structured yet flexible learning environment
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress through observation, assessments, and evaluations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of nursery and early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Leadership abilities to guide and inspire young learners
- Drive to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in English language (additional language skills are a plus)
- Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
