Needingworth Community Pre-School are excited to welcome a new member of the team starting in September 2025. If you have a passion to support young children's learning journeys, then we want to hear from you. Ideally you will have an appropriate level 3 qualification, however we will consider candidtes who have proven experience and who may consider training in the future.
As a small, community run Pre-School we are a unique setting to work within. We have a long standing team who have achieved 4 consecutive Outstanding OFSTED reports. To succeed at Needingworth Community Pre-School you will:
*Be an experienced early years practitioner
*Have a solid understanding of the EYFS
*Understand the importance of safeguarding and child protection

*Experience in a Forest School Setting.
We are able to offer between 10-15 hours per week, term time only. This role is predominantly to support a child on a 1:1 basis.
