```Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery room and ensuring the well-being and development of the children in your care. This is a rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Monitor children's progress and development, keeping detailed records
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive and inclusive nursery environment

Experience:
- Minimum of [1] years of experience working in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Sound knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
