Room Leader (Maternity Cover)

As Room Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can flourish. You'll lead by example, guiding your team to deliver outstanding care and education while ensuring every child feels safe, happy, and eager to learn.

What you'll be doing:

Leading your room with confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Inspiring and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional childcare and education. Creating fun, engaging, and challenging learning experiences tailored to children's individual needs. Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Ensuring high standards of safety, safeguarding, and wellbeing at all times. Championing our ethos of curiosity, creativity, and care.
About you:

A passionate, qualified Early Years professional (Level 3 or above). Previous leadership experience in a nursery or childcare setting. A natural motivator with great communication and organisational skills. A nurturing role model who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment.
