Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of children aged 3 to 5 years.

Duties

Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment where children feel valued and encouraged to explore. Guide children's learning through play-based activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Manage classroom behaviour with positive reinforcement techniques, ensuring a respectful atmosphere. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting. Maintain accurate records of each child's development and learning milestones.

Skills

Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education principles and practices. Proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine drive to inspire and support young learners in their educational journey. Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Demonstrated leadership skills to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with both children and adults. A nurturing attitude towards children's individual needs while promoting group collaboration. A keen love of outdoor education is essential, we offer beach and forest school as standard to our children

Pay: 11.44-14.00 per hour
