We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced

Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner

to join our team in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least

3 years of experience

in a busy preschool or nursery setting, a warm and nurturing approach, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of early years staff to deliver outstanding care and education Create and maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Support and monitor the progress of children, including those with SEN Maintain accurate records and contribute to assessments, EHCPs, and reviews as required Promote safeguarding and ensure welfare requirements are met at all times

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent Minimum of 3 years' experience in an early years setting Proven experience working with children with SEN and a good understanding of inclusive practice Strong leadership and team management skills Passionate, nurturing, and committed to delivering high-quality childcare Excellent communication and organizational skills Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)

Desirable:

SENCO training or relevant SEN experience/certification Paediatric First Aid certification
