Overview


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool room leader to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curricula that promote the cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning. Foster children's literacy education through engaging activities that promote reading and writing skills. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement strategies to support child welfare. Provide individualized support for children with special needs, utilizing early intervention techniques as necessary. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress and address any concerns regarding their child's development. Conduct assessments and standardized testing to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Requirements



Level 3 in Early years Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and tutoring methods. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience with Montessori methods or teaching physical education is a plus. Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles. Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all students, including those requiring special education support.
