We are seeking an experienced Pre-School Room Leader (Level 3 or above) to join our established team.

Our Rickmansworth nursery is a very short walk from Rickmansworth Metropolitan Station. The nursery is easily accessible via car with an onsite secure staff car park.

We're a 100 place, purpose built nursery on a quiet road with access to a bright enclosed garden. We have a separate staff area with all amenities to keep you comfortable on your breaks.

Responsibilities & Duties

Leading our Pre-School room with children aged 3-5 years

Ensuring the nursery runs smoothly whilst working as part of a team and using your ideas to provide a fun environment for the children in your care

Completing written observations and progress reviews to share with the children's families and any agencies we are working with

Planning and implementing exciting activities to progress children's learning

Following and implementing all inclusion, safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures

Using your excellent communication skills to welcome everyone that comes into our nursery and build strong relationships with our parents, children and team

Singing, dancing, story-telling and having lots of fun

Be a role model for exceptionally high standards, never cutting corners, thriving on feedback and leading on educational excellence
