Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Room Leader to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for nurturing young minds. As a Preschool Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 3 to 5 years. Your role will involve planning and implementing educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development while fostering a love for learning.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages children to explore and learn. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting positive interactions among children. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Observe and assess children's individual needs, adapting teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting. Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Experience

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or related field is essential. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English. A genuine drive to inspire and motivate children to reach their full potential.
