Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our client early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and early childhood education, with the ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role requires excellent management and leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Supervise daily activities, ensuring the well-being of all children in your care. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly desirable. Strong management and leadership skills to guide both children and support staff effectively. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, to interact positively with children, parents, and colleagues. A valid driving licence is preferred for potential transportation needs related to outings or activities. A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their development through play-based learning experiences.
