The role : Pre-School Teacher/Manager



We are delighted to announce the opening of our brand-new Pre-School for 3-4 year olds, launching in January 2026. This exciting addition to our thriving through-school (ages 4-18) will be based within our Prep School, creating a strong sense of community and continuity for our youngest learners. Our thoughtfully designed, well-resourced Early Years setting will welcome its first cohort in January and we are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced

Pre-School Teacher/Manager

to lead the way.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new setting from the ground up. You will take the lead on designing the learning environment and sourcing resources, recruiting and developing a dedicated team and establishing an engaging, high-quality curriculum.

The Pre-School will operate year-round, with holiday attendance remaining optional. This role is offered on a term-time plus basis (40 weeks), with responsibility for guiding supervision during holiday periods.

Although the Pre-School will open in January 2026, we hope the successful candidate can join us in

November 2025

to oversee preparations and ensure a smooth and inspiring launch. If you are a creative, committed early years practitioner who is excited by the opportunity to build something truly special, we would love to hear from you.
