Main duties of the job Process repeat medication requests ordered by patients, nursing homes and chemists Issue dossette medication Update medications from clinical letters Liase with chemists and other healthcare professionals in a polite, timely manner Answering the telephone Provide excellent customer service in a busy and dynamic environment Assist with other office duties as needed Working as a team, helping your colleagues and using own initiative The role is diverse, interesting and varied. Your duties will expand beyond the above once knowledge and confidence develops.
