CNC Press Brake Operator

to join our fabrication team. This is a hands-on role operating

A CNC Press Brake Machine

, producing high-quality components to technical drawings and production specifications. You'll be part of a busy workshop environment where accuracy, safety, and teamwork are key.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines, including manual set-ups as required. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and bend allowances. Program machine controls to achieve correct angles, bends, and dimensions. Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent accuracy and efficiency. Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional compliance. Carry out routine maintenance, safety checks, and housekeeping on machinery and work area. Troubleshoot production issues and make adjustments where needed. Work to daily production targets while maintaining HSF quality standards. Follow all company health & safety procedures at all times.

Experience & Skills

Proven experience operating CNC Press Brake machinery desirable but not essential. Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes. Confident reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team.
