To support our continued growth, the Rhino group are currently recruiting for skilled CNC operators to work at our ever-expanding manufacturing site in Deeside.
Predominantly the role will involve operating the latest Bystronic CNC controlled Press Brakes, tasks within the role will also include spot welding, clinch nut insertion, along with the ability to monitor and run our Bystronic laser and robotic bending cell while adhering to the highest standards and specifications demonstrated on the technical drawings provided.
You will be reporting into the site Manufacturing Cell Manager, ensuring you meet the deadlines set while working in a safe and efficient manner.
Working as part of a small team on a two-shift Rota, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing team who is involved in the evolution of the site from concept to production and be part of a growing group of companies.
Role Responsibilities
Operate our Bystronic Press Brake machines and other machinery used in the production process (including spot welding and clinch nuts)
Monitor and ensure efficient running of the laser and robotic bending cell.
Work with team members to maximise productivity and efficiency giving experienced suggestions for any improvements required.
Ensure all health and safety rules coupled with quality standards are recognised and followed.
Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task
Role Requirements
Previous experience working as a CNC Press Brake Operator in a similar manufacturing environment is essential.
It is advantageous if you can demonstrate experience of any of the additional areas of the role - running a laser, spot welding, clinch nut insertion, robotic cell experience.
You are able to read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings
Lean Manufacturing experience preferred.
Have the ability to use different measuring equipment

Renumeration:
Annual Salary 31,231 (inclusive of 15% shift premium)

22 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays (30 days in total)

Morning Shift
Monday to Thursday: 5:45 - 14:00
Friday: 5:45 - 13:00
Afternoon Shift
Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:15
Friday: 13:00 - 20:15
Expected working hours are 37 hours and 45 minutes per week.
