Join the Hallmark Fabrication Team as our New Press Operator!

Stoke-on-Trent, UK

Are you a highly motivated and experienced with using a Press Brake and are ready to take the next step in your career? Hallmark Fabrication is a dynamic and growing engineering firm based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent, and we are looking for a dedicated person who has extensive experience using a Press Brake and is looking for the next step in their career to a Production Supervisor. In this role you will oversee our operations and drive manufacturing excellence.

Hours & Pay

Standard Hours:

6:30 am to 4:45 pm, Monday to Thursday (giving you a long weekend every week!).

Flexibility:

We are open to discussing alternative shift patterns for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Production Supervisor, you will be the driving force on the shop floor, ensuring high-quality output, optimising workflows, and leading a skilled team.

Manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards. Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of skilled fabricators and operators. Ensure all fabrication and pressing activities adhere to strict health, safety, and quality procedures. Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience in a similar fabrication environment.

Essential Experience

Strong practical background in Press Brake Operation and Sheet Metal Fabrication

(this is a must)

. Significant supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing / engineering setting. A solid understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

Highly Desirable

Experience with CNC Turret Punch operations. Familiarity with Laser Cutting processes. Knowledge of Machining (e.g., milling, turning) operations.
