14.50 - 16.50 (30,160 - 34,320) + Training from Senior Operator + Optional Overtime + Career Progression
Workshop based, commutable from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Wombourne, Dudley, Bilston, Willenhall, Tipton, Himley and surrounding areas
Are you a Setter Operator with knowledge of Press Brake equipment looking for the opportunity for further training and investment from the current Senior Operator who retires in 12 months, with the opportunity to further your career as the company looks to grow all whilst working as part of a small specialist manufacturer that will offer a great work life balance?
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a small close knit team of 3 where you will be invested in through in house training all whilst playing a vital part in the growth of the company.
This company, recently has been acquired by a well re-renowned manufacturer that are actively investing in the factory and the future of the business, due to planned retirement in 2026, they are looking to recruit a setter operator to pass on a career's worth of experience.
This role will suit a Setter Operator with knowledge of Press Brake equipment looking for the opportunity for further training and investment from the current Senior Operator who retires in 12 months, with the opportunity to further your career as the company looks to grow.
The Role:
*Setting and Operating a range of Press Brake machinery
*Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with optional overtime available
*Further technical training from the current Senior Operator who is retiring
The Person:
*Previous Press Brake experience
