Job Description

Role: Press Operator/ Manufacturing Assembler
Location: Groby, LE6
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 6am-2:30pm; Friday, 6am-11am
Contract: 12-month temporary role with the potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual press equipment for diaphragm forming, ensuring consistent and safe handling of materials

Inspect formed components using shadow graph and measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy

Record inspection results and work with quality teams to resolve any non-conformances

Follow health and safety procedures, keeping the work area clean and organised

Support continuous improvement by sharing feedback on processes and tools
