We're looking for a Pricing Lead to own and drive the development of pricing analytics tools and strategies that enhance commercial decision-making and support business growth.

What you'll do:



Lead the Pricing strand, developing scalable, user-friendly pricing analytics tools and dashboards Identify key business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs Write and maintain code to support pricing analysis, modelling, and visualisation, including statistical and machine learning models Analyse pricing performance across products, sectors, regions, and depots Partner with commercial teams on rate reviews, long-term rental strategies, and pricing negotiations Present findings to senior stakeholders and influence pricing strategy at regional and global levels Collaborate with other strand leads to integrate pricing insights into broader commercial and operational strategies

You'll have the following skills and experience:



Relevant experience in pricing analytics, commercial strategy, or data science with a pricing focus . Proven experience leading pricing initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong understanding of pricing models, elasticity, segmentation, and margin optimisation. Experience working in a fast-paced, agile, and cross-functional environment Advanced coding skills in Python (pandas, seaborn, plotly, matplotlib) or R (tidyverse). Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. Strong SQL and Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting. Familiarity with pricing simulation, scenario modelling, and forecasting techniques. Strong data visualisation skills to support storytelling and decision making.
