We're now looking for a
Pricing Data Administrator / Pricing Operations Support
to join our team on a fixed-term basis and play a key role in maintaining accurate pricing and high-quality data across our systems.
About the role
This is a highly detail-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring everything adds up. You'll be responsible for managing supplier price changes, updating internal systems, and supporting the wider Commercial team with pricing data queries.
Key responsibilities
Review supplier price increase notifications and updated price lists
Compare new pricing against existing data to identify changes
Accurately update prices, product codes, pack sizes and units of measure
Ensure consistency across supplier data, internal systems and online price lists
Apply pricing rules and mark-ups in line with agreed commercial guidance
Identify, investigate and escalate pricing anomalies or data issues
Maintain clear audit trails of all changes
Work to tight deadlines where price increases are time-bound
Support the team with pricing and data queries
What we're looking for
Essential
Strong Excel skills (including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF statements and basic Pivot Tables)
Experience working with large data sets and supplier price lists
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience handling product codes, SKUs, pricing and units of measure
Comfortable following defined pricing rules and processes
Desirable
Experience in pricing, procurement, e-commerce or supply chain environments
Familiarity with ERP systems
Basic understanding of margin, cost vs sell price and mark-up logic
Confidence in identifying data inconsistencies and escalating issues
About you
You'll be methodical, organised and commercially aware, with the confidence to question data that doesn't look right. You're comfortable working at pace on repetitive but business-critical tasks, and you communicate clearly with colleagues at all levels.
