As a

Pricing Manager UK m/f/d

you will report to the Country Managing Director and be based in

Telford

for a

Permanent

contract.

What you will do

Drive pricing strategy and sales profitability across the zone, ensuring alignment with UK and Group objectives. Develop and manage customer rebate agreements and support key commercial decisions with actionable data. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement strategic business improvements. Provide accurate forecasts, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc financial analyses to steer performance. Lead and support sales controlling processes, ensuring consistency in trade terms and pricing across the region.

What about you

Degree in Business Administration or a similar qualification. Strong experience in sales controlling, pricing strategy, and commercial operations, ideally within an international group. Proficient in SAP, Power BI and Excel; comfortable with reporting tools and business analytics. Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
