About the Role




We are seeking to appoint to the role of

Pricing Manager



Heading up the

Pricing Function

, this role is integral to YPO's Commercial Pricing Strategy, leading the business through a pricing and margin evolution to support changing market conditions.

As our new Pricing Manager, you will be influential and active in the evolution of new standard operating practices and KPI reporting,

building a modern, data-informed pricing model

from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, optimising pricing architecture, and introducing scalable, adaptive pricing frameworks.

You will lead a pricing team and play a key advisory role across the business in redefining how we price, position, and win in a dynamic market. We're searching for a commercially minded

to shape and deliver a transformative pricing strategy that drives revenue, margin, and long-term customer value.

About You




As YPO continues to expand, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. Drawing from the skills and experience section of the , we seek someone who has:

A degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field / relevant work experience.*

Proven experience in product pricing within a supply distribution industry.*

Strong analytical and communication skills.*

An understanding of supply chain economic, social and political influences on pricing.*
