Pricing Strategy Manager

for the UK & Ireland, you'll play a critical role in shaping pricing and investment strategies that drive sustainable growth, supplier success and bottom-line impact.



This role is ideal for a

senior analyst with some mentorship/managerial experience

looking to step into a leadership role, or a

manager in the early stages of their leadership career

eager to make a measurable impact in a high-growth environment.



What You'll Do




Optimise Profit Margins

: Design and implement pricing strategies that balance customer value and long-term profitability across markets.

Run the Numbers

: Leverage promotional levers, brand pricing initiatives, and supplier investment strategies to improve financial performance.

Forecast Like a Pro

: Partner with Finance to lead profitability planning, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis to support strategic planning.

Solve Big Problems

: Use your analytical toolkit (Excel, SQL, Python, R, BigQuery) to uncover insights and solve complex, ambiguous business challenges.

Deliver Insights

: Monitor business performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to leadership.

Partner Cross-Functionally

: Work across Finance, Marketing, Supplier Partnerships, Engineering, and Analytics to align strategies and improve tools.

Mentor & Lead

: Guide junior analysts and foster a high-performance culture within a collaborative 5-person team.

? What You'll Bring




Proven experience

in pricing, finance, analytics, strategy consulting, or a similarly quantitative field Proven ability to work with and interpret

large datasets

to influence commercial strategy Proficiency in

SQL, BigQuery, Excel

, and other analytical tools (Python/R a plus) Strong

business acumen

and commercial intuition - you understand how pricing impacts customer behaviour, supplier performance, and business goals A natural

problem-solver

who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning data into strategic action Excellent

stakeholder management

and communication skills - confident working across levels and departments Background in

eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods

is beneficial but not essential
