Salary: 50k - 60k, depending on experience

About You:




You are commercially minded and data-driven, ideally with experience from within the travel or aviation industry in a similar role, so you can come armed with knowledge that will help shape our pricing strategy and commercial approach. You are looking for your next challenge in a role that will allow you to have a positive impact on a growing operation.

Role Overview:




We've been on an exciting journey, shifting from traditional tour operating towards a more agile dynamic packaging model. This role is all about making that model work hard for us -- driving revenue, margin and smart stock utilisation. You will play a critical part in shaping our commercial approach, being responsible for building and managing pricing strategies across our dynamic product range, optimising revenue and margin performance while ensuring competitive customer propositions.

What You'll Be Doing




Dynamic Packaging

Play a pivotal leadership role in defining, owning, and driving the end-to-end strategy for dynamic packaging. This includes setting the vision, shaping processes, and embedding dynamic packaging as a core commercial lever within the business. Able to navigate the complexity of dynamic packaging, balancing multiple variables like price, availability, margin, and demand in real time, making smart, data-led decisions. Track performance against budget and move quickly when trends or opportunities emerge. Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to ensure the right product is on sale across the right channels. Support and coach the wider team, creating a strong culture of commercial awareness and analytical thinking. Work closely with the Head of Commercial on longer-term strategy, planning and performance.

Reporting & Insight



Keep the business updated with weekly performance reports and key metrics. Help shape customer comms and promotional plans by working closely with Commercial and Marketing teams. Share insight with our MI team to improve how we track and report performance, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed. Feed into budget and forecast processes with pricing and trading insights. Suggest ways to improve how we do things -- systems, processes, tools -- to keep us sharp and efficient.

Skills & Experience: You'll be great at this if you...



Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a pricing, yield, or commercial trading role (ideally in travel or something similar). Experience of working with committed and variable inventory. Knowledge of the customer purchasing cycle for high-value, low frequency product. Proficient in Excel and core business tools. Strong analytical mindset -- confident working with data and turning insight into action. Comfortable with change and enjoy challenging the norm to improve how things work. Confident communicator and team player -- able to work with stakeholders across all areas of the business. Ambitious, proactive and excited about the opportunity to take on more as the business continues to grow. Have strong experience in the travel industry. This will be advantageous to understand market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour.
