Mae Gwesty Portmeirion a Castell Deudraeth yn westai 4 seren ym mhentref prydferth Portmeirion. Rydym nawr angen Prif Borthor i reoli ein hadran Porthorion ac i ddarparu lefel ardderchog o wasanaeth cwsmeriaid a chefnogaeth i'n gwesteion. Rhaid bod yn unigolyn brwdfrydig sy'n gwbl ddwyieithog yn y Gymraeg a'r Saesneg, yn gallu defnyddio cyfrifiadur ac sydd a phrofiad blaenorol o weithio yn y diwydiant lletygarwch , gan gynnwys rheoli timau. Oherwydd ddibenion yswiriant, rhaid i'r ymgeisydd fod yn o leiaf 21 oed, gyda thrwydded yrru llawn, ac o leiaf ddwy flynedd o brofiad gyrru gan ein bod yn darparu cludiant i westeion a gwasanaeth dosbarthu i gydweithwyr mewn adrannau eraill.

Byddai'r ymgeisydd llwyddiannus hefyd yn gyfrifol am gynnal a chadw cerbydau'r adran, rheoli'r adran Porthorion a rhai dyletswyddau diogelwch safle. Mae sgiliau trefnu a rheoli da yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hon ynghyd a'r gallu i weithio unrhyw 5 diwrnod allan o 7 ac ambell shifft nos.

The Hotel Portmeirion and Castell Deudraeth are 4-star hotels situated in the picturesque village of Portmeirion. We now require a Head Porter to manage our Porters department and to provide an excellent level of customer service and support for our guests. Must be a driven individual who is fully bilingual in Welsh and English, computer literate and has prior experience of working in the hospitality industry, including managing small teams. For insurance purposes, applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a full, clean drivers licence, and a minimum of two years' driving experience as we provide both guest transport and a delivery service to colleagues in other departments.

The successful applicant would also have responsibility for the upkeep of the departments' vehicles, managing the Porters section and some site security duties. Good organisational and management skills are essential for this post together with the ability to work any 5 days out of 7 and occasional night shifts.
