Creative In-Person Homeschooling Tutor - Near Banbury, Oxfordshire



We are seeking an experienced, creative, and flexible

in-person tutor

to support two primary-aged students (Years 2 and 4) in a bespoke, interest-led home education programme.

What the Role Involves



Delivering a

creative, interdisciplinary curriculum

tailored to the children's interests Blending

multiple subjects

in an engaging, curiosity-led way Incorporating

movement breaks

, sensory strategies, and flexible pacing Supporting emotional regulation and confidence-building Collaborating with another tutor already in place, with potential for longer-term involvement The role may grow into a

home education arrangement until secondary school age


What We're Looking For



Strong experience with

primary-aged students

Proven experience with

SEN

, particularly

ASD

, dysregulation, and confidence barriers Someone able to balance being

creative, flexible, boundaried, firm but empathetic

A tutor who understands when to act as a

mentor as well as a tutor

Confident teaching across

multiple primary subjects


Schedule & Commitment



Starting with

lower-hour weeks

and building up as appropriate Typical structure:

3-4 hours in one day per week

, with potential for expansion In-person only -

near Banbury, Oxfordshire

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 45.00-55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week

Work Location: In person
