Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support (Littlehampton)

Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

About the Role:



Provide

1:1 support

for a child with complex needs, helping them to access learning and feel confident in the classroom Work closely with a supportive team including the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals Use creative and flexible strategies to meet the child's individual needs Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child is valued

? We're Looking For:



Experience supporting children with complex SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, sensory needs) A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Excellent communication and collaboration skills A passion for inclusive education and helping children reach their full potential Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN training) are desirable
