Complete Education Solutions is an education focused organisation supporting schools across the UK. We own and develop

iPEP

, a primary PE planning and assessment platform designed to help primary school teachers and coaches deliver high-quality, curriculum aligned PE with confidence.

iPEP is used by primary schools to plan lessons, assess pupil progress and evidence impact in line with the National Curriculum. As the product continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated product professional to take ownership of its content, development direction, and presentation to schools.

The Role



We are seeking a Primary PE EdTech Product Manager (Content & Development) to take full ownership of iPEP.

This role is ideal for a mid to senior level professional with a strong academic understanding of primary PE and curriculum design. The role is content led and strategic, rather than delivery based -- you will

not

be teaching lessons, but designing, improving, and presenting them through the platform.

You will manage the quality and direction of iPEP's lesson content, represent the product at events and demos, and work closely with internal teams to ensure the system continues to meet the needs of schools.

Key Responsibilities



Content & Curriculum



Write high-quality primary PE lesson plans from scratch Review, improve and update existing lesson content Ensure all content is clearly aligned to the National Curriculum Maintain progression and consistency across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 Ensure content is academically robust, teacher friendly and fun

Resource & Image Design



Design supporting images and visual resources for lesson plans

Ensure resources are clear, engaging and appropriate for primary settings Maintain a consistent visual and educational standard across the platform

Events, Demos & Product Representation



Attend education and PE related events on behalf of iPEP Deliver product demonstrations to schools and stakeholders Confidently explain both the educational rationale and practical use of iPEP Act as the product's subject-matter expert in external settings

Product Feedback & Development



Gather feedback from schools, events, and internal teams

Translate educational needs into clear feedback for developers Support continuous improvement of the iPEP platform

About You



Essential



Strong academic understanding of primary PE and curriculum design Experience working in a primary education environment Confident writing structured, high-quality lesson plans Excellent written communication skills Comfortable presenting and demonstrating a product to schools Able to work independently and take full ownership of a product

Highly Desirable



Former PE Lead or similar curriculum responsibility Experience in EdTech, curriculum development, or educational publishing Understanding of assessment and progression in primary PE Experience working with digital platforms or educational software

Please note:

This role is not focused on delivering PE lessons. We are looking for someone with a strong academic and curriculum-led approach to PE, rather than a coaching only background.
