Complete Education Solutions is an education focused organisation supporting schools across the UK. We own and develop
iPEP
, a primary PE planning and assessment platform designed to help primary school teachers and coaches deliver high-quality, curriculum aligned PE with confidence.
iPEP is used by primary schools to plan lessons, assess pupil progress and evidence impact in line with the National Curriculum. As the product continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated product professional to take ownership of its content, development direction, and presentation to schools.
The Role
We are seeking a Primary PE EdTech Product Manager (Content & Development) to take full ownership of iPEP.
This role is ideal for a mid to senior level professional with a strong academic understanding of primary PE and curriculum design. The role is content led and strategic, rather than delivery based -- you will
not
be teaching lessons, but designing, improving, and presenting them through the platform.
You will manage the quality and direction of iPEP's lesson content, represent the product at events and demos, and work closely with internal teams to ensure the system continues to meet the needs of schools.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Curriculum
Write high-quality primary PE lesson plans from scratch
Review, improve and update existing lesson content
Ensure all content is clearly aligned to the National Curriculum
Maintain progression and consistency across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Ensure content is academically robust, teacher friendly and fun
Resource & Image Design
Design supporting images and visual resources for lesson plans
Ensure resources are clear, engaging and appropriate for primary settings
Maintain a consistent visual and educational standard across the platform
Events, Demos & Product Representation
Attend education and PE related events on behalf of iPEP
Deliver product demonstrations to schools and stakeholders
Confidently explain both the educational rationale and practical use of iPEP
Act as the product's subject-matter expert in external settings
Product Feedback & Development
Gather feedback from schools, events, and internal teams
Translate educational needs into clear feedback for developers
Support continuous improvement of the iPEP platform
