Primary School Dance Teacher
Job Description
CASA Ltd is a sports coaching company aimed at primary schools and young children in Poole (Dorset) and the surrounding areas.
CASA Ltd was set up by two enthusiastic sports coaches, who wanted to show how sports could play an important role within the school environment. The company now teach over 1800 children every week with over 15 coaches, professionally delivering PPA sessions and lunchtime/after school clubs.
CASA Ltd has over 16 years of coaching experience inside the school environment. We offer fun activities that keep the children active and healthy whilst making new friends and building confidence.
We are looking for an Enthusiastic Qualified Dance Teacher who is able to deliver Dance lessons as well as After School Clubs to Primary School Children. This role may also include teaching Multi-Sports on occasion.
Hours working are: 3:00 - 4:15 Monday, 3:00 - 4:15 Tuesday, 8:45- 11:45 and 3:00- 4:15 Wednesday, 3:00- 4:15 Thursday and 3:00- 4:15 Friday.
The hours would be subject to change based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field Experience in teaching dance 4- 11 year olds Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods Certification in Dance teaching is necessary Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience and enthusiasm for working with young children
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 18.00-21.00 per hour

Dance Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Dance Qualification (required) DBS Certification (preferred) First Aid Certification (preferred) Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (required)
