Are you a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach looking for an exciting new role?

We are looking for a motivated individual who will be responsible for inspiring and guiding participants of all ages and skill levels through engaging sports programmes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop coaching skills while fostering a love for sport and physical activity in a supportive environment. The position is paid, including internship opportunities, and requires a proactive approach to teaching and sports coaching.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions tailored to different age groups and abilities Motivate participants to achieve their personal best whilst ensuring safety at all times Organise training drills, games, and competitions that promote teamwork and skill development Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their techniques and confidence Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Monitor participant progress and adapt coaching methods accordingly Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment of sport

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, with a strong understanding of various sports disciplines Excellent communication skills, capable of motivating diverse groups of participants Ability to organise engaging sessions that promote physical activity and teamwork Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to creating an inclusive environment that values diversity and participation
