Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Dance Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dance and sports coaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages within PE and extra curricularclubs. As a Dance Coach, you will be responsible for developing dancers' skills, fostering a love for dance, and creating an engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

Follow plans and create positive lessons for all children Teach fundamental dance techniques and choreography across different styles. Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance. Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes teamwork and personal growth. Collaborate with other coaches and school staff. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dance trends and coaching methodologies.

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching, particularly in dance or related disciplines. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents. A genuine passion for dance and the ability to inspire others. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work flexibly within school hours. Relevant certifications in dance or coaching are advantageous but not essential. Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
