Duties

Deliver customised tutoring sessions in specific subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development programmes Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents where appropriate Develop engaging lesson plans that promote active learning and confidence-building Support some students with mild special educational needs by implementing specialised teaching strategies Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to reach their full potential Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions and student achievements

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching children Knowledge of specialised educational techniques for students with mild special educational needs is desirable Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others learn Relevant qualifications or training in education or related fields are advantageous but not essential Ability to organise sessions independently and manage time efficiently
