No evening work and no weekends!

32 days holiday a year (including bank holidays)

We require a strong, experienced, reliable, confident leader who is a qualified sports coach with a L2 NGB qualification and minimum of Level 3 educated, with at least 2 years experience in a similar role. Part of this role means we are seeking a candidate who is motivated and proactive and has experience in working as a Behaviour Mentor to support young people (KS2) who face social, emotional or behavioural challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in pupils lives while working in a supportive team environment.

This role is full time with all hours of work completed between 8am and 6pm.

Your role will be to

Deliver high quality, structured and progressive sports coaching sessions with enthusiasm during Before School, Lunchtime and After School Clubs Lead High Quality engaging PE Lessons that align with the national curriculum Support students in managing behaviour and developing positive routines Deliver tailored strategies to encourage engagement and learning Work closely with teaching staff and school leaders to implement interventions Build strong, respectful relationships with pupils to foster trust and personal growth To be a positive role model to colleagues, children and young people by maintaining high standards of coaching, positive attitude and appropriate language. Keep up to date and accurate records, including registers. Take responsibility for organising and maintaining equipment ensuring it is fit for purpose. Ensuring Safeguarding is a priority across all sessions

Pay: From 24,500.00 per year
