Position

Sports coach assistant. Working two afternoons per week in term time Tuesdays and Wednesdays in South Lincolnshire. There are opportunities for additional hours and holiday work for the right candidate. Working with other coaches to support sessions in a Primary school setting.

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a genuine enthusiasm for educating individuals in various sports disciplines.

Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging sports coaching sessions to individuals or groups

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to improve participants' skills

- Develop training programmes tailored to individual needs and goals

- Organise and supervise sports activities and events

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions

- Monitor progress and performance of participants

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sports coaching

- Recognised coaching qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational skills

- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their best

- Knowledge of different sports disciplines
