The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our coaching team. As a Primary School Coach, you will work with partner schools, delivering high-quality PE and physical activity provision throughout the week, becoming an integral part of each school's sports team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging PE lessons and extra-curricular activities. Providing enjoyable, inclusive, and child-centred physical activity sessions. Supporting and mentoring teaching staff to improve PE delivery. Delivering high-quality provision at our active camps during school holidays. Building strong relationships with schools, parents, and children. Attending meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required. Completing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about working with children and promoting physical activity. Experienced in primary school settings, ideally with 2+ years delivering PE. Knowledgeable about the PE National Curriculum. Highly organised, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. A confident communicator who can inspire children of all abilities. A positive team player who can also work independently when required. Adaptable, solution-focused, and calm under pressure. Competent with IT systems for planning and reporting.

Essential Requirements

NGB Level 2 Qualification (or equivalent)

First Aid Certificate

Safeguarding Qualification

Full driving licence and access to own transport Experience delivering PE and physical activity in a primary school setting This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
