Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that accommodate diverse learning needs, adapting to students' individual learning styles, abilities, and educational backgrounds.
• Promote student autonomy and interpersonal skills through interactive and collaborative activities.
• Ensure pupil well-being and safety by attending to their personal care and medical needs, and maintaining a secure, nurturing environment.
• Support students in developing literacy and numeracy skills through targeted interventions and tailored strategies to drive academic progress across the wider curriculum.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Enhanced DBS check and professional references.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners.
