Tradewind Recruitment, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Primary School Supply Teachers to join their team in Liverpool. We offer flexible full or part-time roles starting from September, allowing you to manage your own diary while earning a competitive daily rate of pay.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary school students across different year groups.
• Follow the school\'s curriculum and lesson plans, adapting them as necessary to meet the needs of the students.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and promotes their overall development.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Support and nurture the individual needs of students, including those with special educational needs or disabilities.
• Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to ensure consistent educational practices and a smooth learning experience for students.
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as marking and providing feedback on student work.

Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), recognised in the UK.
• Possess a valid and up-to-date DBS certificate or be in a position to apply for one through Tradewind Recruitment.
• Have experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a good understanding of the national curriculum.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, staff, and parents.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments and adjust to varying teaching styles.
• A passion for education and a commitment to promoting students\' learning and well-being.
