Overview

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Primary School Teachers to join our vibrant educational community. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young learners. This role involves educating students, managing classroom behaviour, and effectively communicating with parents and staff to ensure each child's success.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students. Educate students in various subjects, promoting critical thinking and creativity. Manage classroom behaviour through effective strategies that encourage positive interactions and respect among students. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to support their academic growth. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance, behaviour, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to school initiatives. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Requirements

A degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on Early Childhood Education preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues. Proven ability in behaviour management techniques to create a conducive learning environment. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating independence when required. Relevant teaching experience is an advantage but not essential; newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.

Pay: 135.00-150.00 per day
