Primary School Wraparound Club Lead

Part-Time employment, approximately 17-20 hours per week (Subject to change)
Breakfast Club: (07:15-08:45) Minimum X2 days a week
After-School Club: Mon-Fri (14.45-18:00) X5 days a week
Start and finish times may differ slightly
14.34 - 15.35 per hour (inc. holiday pay & dependant on experience)

We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to?lead?our wraparound care provision, delivering a safe, fun and welcoming environment for primary-aged children before and after school.
You'll lead a team of between 2-4 staff per day, whilst planning and overseeing a variety of activities, support the wellbeing of the children in your care, and work closely with us and the school you are based at to maintain high standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children, organised, and keen to take a lead role in a rewarding, lively environment.
Your Role:
Lead and manage the daily running of the before and after-school club (small team of between 2-4 people)
Plan and deliver a range of engaging activities that support children's physical, social, and emotional development.
Ensure the safety, well-being, and enjoyment of all children in your care.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues.
Manage the set-up and pack-down of sessions, ensuring the environment is clean, safe, and inviting.
Maintain accurate records, including registers and incident logs.
Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and company policies.
Support and mentor other team members, ensuring high-quality delivery at all times.
What We're Looking For:
Experience of leading a small team
Experience working with children aged 4-11 years (essential).
A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare, playwork, teaching assistant, or sports qualification (desirable).
Someone who is friendly, organised, flexible, and dependable.
A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with young people.
Paediatric first aid, food hygiene and safeguarding qualifications would be a bonus, but training can be provided.
