We are working with a

fantastic SEND school in Crawley

who are looking for

Primary and Secondary Teaching Assistants

to join their warm, dedicated team. The school supports children with a range of needs, including

ASD, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties, and complex behaviour

, and offers superb training, guidance, and pastoral support.

The Roles

We are recruiting for both

Primary

and

Secondary

positions, working with pupils who benefit from additional support in their learning and emotional regulation.


Your day might include:


Supporting students with

behavioural and emotional needs

Providing 1:1 and small?group support Assisting with literacy, numeracy, communication, and sensory needs Helping to create a

safe, nurturing, structured environment

Working closely with teachers, therapists, and behaviour leads Celebrating small wins that make a

huge difference

You'll be a great fit if you have:


Experience in

SEN, SEMH, care, youth work, or classroom support

Confidence supporting

challenging behaviour

A calm, compassionate and consistent approach Great communication and a genuine passion for helping young people A willingness to learn -- training is provided!
