Right Education is registering enthusiastic and adaptable primary teachers to support schools across Boston and the surrounding villages. With demand for quality supply staff expected to rise this autumn, we're keen to connect with teachers who enjoy the variety and flexibility that supply work brings.

Whether you're an ECT keen to explore different school settings or an experienced teacher looking for a change of pace, supply work offers a great way to stay classroom-focused without the added pressures of a full-time contract. Many of our placements begin as short-term cover but often develop into longer-term or even permanent opportunities for those who want them.

Your role as a supply teacher may include:

Delivering engaging lessons using provided plans, or adapting materials where needed Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment Supporting children's progress across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 Upholding school behaviour policies and routines with consistency Working collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions

We're keen to hear from teachers who:

Hold UK QTS and recent primary classroom experience Can confidently teach across at least one phase (EYFS, KS1, KS2) Are reliable, adaptable, and calm under pressure Are available for at least 2-3 days per week during term time
